We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Intelligent Hand Dryers; if your unit isn't the perfect fit for your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in a resalable, uninstalled condition.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return warehouse address.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the hand dryer back in its original manufacturer box with all internal protective inserts, manuals, and mounting hardware included to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the return label to the outer shipping carton and send the package via a tracked courier service, ensuring you retain the tracking information for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit is in brand-new condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
